In front of you are the Materials Testing and Structures Labs. These two labs are crucial to the success of our student's projects. In the Materials Testing Lab students can perform an assortment of material testing, to include tension, compression, bending, and peel testing. The second lab seen in this 360 view is the Structures Lab. In this lab students can perform high loading conditions on their projects. In some instances, students will test beyond 150% of the maximum load in order to purposefully break their project.
