The (CPT’s) are cockpit procedural trainers that help students memorized there check lists. Here at Embry Riddle we require pilots to have their check list memorized before they can go flying. CPT’s are the physical cockpit portion of an aircraft and this helps students familiarize themselves with the cockpit layout. Student can sit inside them and practice going through there checklist flows to make sure they have the check lists memorized.
